Rick and I go way back to grade school at Sidney Central School. He was always a gentle guy, despite his size. I know he inherited his gentle nature from his sweet Mom. I remember him playing trombone in our Band, and playing basketball. He was the Class of 1970's beloved "Moose". The last time that I saw Rick was when his Mom died in 2002, but I am so thankful that we connected on Facebook. I send my love to his cherished family, as you were his everything. May God comfort you as you go on.

Katie, Krissy, and families. What can anyone say at times like these. Your dad was the best person I have ever met in my life. If you ever needed anything he was the first to step up, I cannot recall a time he ever complained. I do know he loved you two dearly, and take comfort he is with the love of his life right now. Thinking of both of you, and love you much!!

Rick will be missed dearly.A bright point of the day was seeing him at the village kitchen and getting one of those great hugs. Thinking of the family in this time of sadness..
