Kathryn C. Aaron, 80, of Angola, Indiana died Sunday, December 15, 2013 at her daughter's home in Orland, Indiana. She was a homemaker and a member of the Salem Center Volunteer Fire Rescue Auxiliary. She was born August 19, 1933 in Steuben County, Indiana to Ralph and Lucille (Gilbert) Newnam. She married Roy Aaron Jr. on April 16, 1952. Kathryn is survived by her son Jim (Tami) Aaron of Angola; her daughters Barb (Mike) Bratton of Angola; Janet (Brian Balyeat) Kain of Orland; her sister Lois Holcomb of Goshen; four grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Roy Aaron Jr. on January 18, 2010 and her son-in-law Rick Kain. Services will be at 11:00 AM, Thursday, December 19, 2013 at the Weicht Funeral Home, Angola, Indiana with Pastor Lance Witham. Burial will be in Flint Cemetery, Steuben County, Indiana. Visitation will be from 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM Weds., December 18, 2013 at the funeral home. Memorials may be given to the Salem Center Fire Rescue and Cameron Hospice and Home Health.
