Deepest sympathy to the family. I was 15 when my sister and I started working at Pokagon State Park in 1977 as waitresses and Glenola was our hostess. She made a great impression on us both and helped start our first job off right by demonstrating how to properly serve customers. We never forgot her through the years and sometimes would see her around Angola. She definitely was a blessing to us and made our work time a fun place, but always be professional. She was a classy lady.

We would like to express our sympathy to the family.
Glenola was always the perfect professional as she ran the office at Carlin Park School during my time as principal there. She always treated parents, staff, and visitors with the highest degree of professionalism. As great of a employee she was , she was equally as great a person and friend. So sorry
we are unable to attend her services. Our thoughts and prayers will be with you.

Sorry to hear of Glenola's passing. Remember her as a member of Calvary Lutheran Church and also working at Carlin Park School. We were very close friends with Marsha and Dave Griffin when they lived in Angola. Many fun bowling nights. Our deepest sympathy to the family. Jim & Anita Stock

I wish I could be with you today, sitting by your side. I want you to know that Doug and I will be with you in thoughts and prayers. Aunt Glenola is a very sad loss to our family. I will always remember the wonderful times we had together growing up in Indiana, her visits to Arkansas and Texas and the cruises and trips we took together. I will truly miss her.

My sincere condolences to the family of Glenola Sams. I met her through my cousin, Ray Rogers. I so enjoyed meeting and spending time when she visited Ray's Aunt Ruby Carter in Terre Haute.
May you all be comforted with the love of our Lord Jesus Christ, who is our Savior, Redeemer, and comforter. John 14:1-3. Sincerely, Donna Shewmaker.

Our deepest sympathy to Sam's daughters, sister, and grand, great, great-great children and Ray. My husband, Dick and I live on Meadows Parkwy. in North Point Ridge I. We often walked up the hill to see Sam (Andy was living at the time). She was a lovely lady and we enjoyed visiting with her. Our contact ended after she moved, but we have fond memories of her. Eternal rest grant unto her O Lord, may she rest in peace.
