Carol, You touched so many lives instilling hard work and discipline pays off. You were not only my first boss but a dear life long friend. Words cannot express what you meant to me and how I valued your smile anytime I was in town visiting and would stop by to say HI. You always had kind words of encouragement and I will cherish that for the rest of my life. to Carol's family I share your loss of a wonder woman with a gentle soul. GOD SPEED CAROL LOCEY. Till we meet again.

What a wonderful example of leadership Carol set with caring, humor, and commitment! She was our boss at an Indiana Tollroad restaurant in the 60s. She instilled a sense of family with her employees and came to our wedding in 1970. We visited her in Angola several times over the many years that have passed.
Rest in Peace.
Ron & Jan
