ANGOLA

Dora I. Snyder, 76, of Angola died Saturday, November 7, 2015 in Lakeland Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Angola, Indiana.

She was a bus driver for the MSD of Steuben County for 15 years; worked at Dairy Queen, Angola and was the office manager for Tri-State Computers in Angola.

Dora was born December 21, 1938 in Bryan, Ohio to Cleo and Lorene (Hand) Smith.  She graduated from Edon High School.

She married Leon Snyder on June 29, 1958.

Surviving are her husband Leon Snyder of Angola; two sons Jeffrey (Lee Ann) Snyder of Angola and Dennis (Gaby) Snyder of Cleveland, Ohio; two daughters Linda (John) (Piersimoni) VandenBosch of Goshen, Indiana and Sharon (Brian) Springer of Angola, Indiana and sister Joan (Bob) Becker of Pioneer, Ohio; 12 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, brother Bob Smith and two sisters Marge Gulick and Frances Kreischer.

Funeral Services will be at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, November 10, 2015 at Fairview Missionary Church, Angola with Pastor Norman Fuller officiating.

Burial will be in Columbia Cemetery, Columbia, Ohio.

Visitation will be from 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM, November 9, 2015 at Fairview Missionary Church, Angola.

Memorials may be made in Dora’s name to donor’s choice.

Dora was such a lovely person. I worked with her one season at Dairy Queen and she was always so cheerful! May the amazing memories that you all have of her soothe your loss. Linda, LeeAnn & Jeff. My sincere condolances
