Edwyna M. Siders, 98, of Angola, Indiana died on Friday, August 24, 2018 at Lakeland Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Angola, Indiana.

She retired in May of 1992 from Bostwick-Braun of Ashley, Indiana.

Mrs. Siders was born on July 17, 1920 in Upland, Indiana to the Late Orie J. and Evangeline (Young) Briggs.  She graduated from South Side High School in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

She married Vincent B. Siders on April 26, 1955.

Mrs. Siders was a member of the Fremont Moose Auxiliary, Fremont, Indiana and had been a member of the Angola American Legion Auxiliary Post 31.

Surviving are her sons, LaMont Boegli of New Port Richey, Florida, Craig (Debbie) Siders of Ashley, Indiana and Vincent K. “Vinnie” (Nancy) Siders of Fort Wayne, Indiana; 8 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and 5 great great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Vincent B. Siders on August 22, 2000, one grandchild, one great-grandchild and her brother Quentin L. Briggs.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM, Thursday, August 30, 2018 at the Weicht Funeral Home, Angola, Indiana with Pastor Tim Terrell officiating.  

Burial will be in Circle Hill Cemetery, Angola, Indiana.

Visitation will be from 5-7 PM, Wednesday, August 29, 2018 at the Weicht Funeral Home, Angola, Indiana with an hour of visitation prior to the service on Thursday at the funeral home.
