Lillie Mae Graves, 102, of Angola died Thursday, April 9, 2015 at Northern Lakes Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, Angola.
She was a homemaker, caregiver, babysitter, and gardener and had also worked at Tri-State University in the kitchen.
She was a member of the Angola Community Church of the Nazarene Church and the Nazarene Church in Hudson.
Lillie was born March 14, 1913 in Taylor County, Kentucky to Thomas and Ida (Cox) Bottoms. She married Harry Graves on November 19, 1934. .
Surviving are her son Marshall Graves of Angola, her daughter-in-law Laura Graves of Pleasant Lake, 4 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Harry Graves on April 16, 1975, her son Gene Graves on June 15, 2014 and 2 sisters Maudie Wright and Anner Helms.
Funeral services will be at 11:00 AM, Tuesday April 14, 2015 at the Weicht Funeral Home, Angola with Rev. Paul Tubbs officiating.
Visitation will be from 10-11 AM, Tuesday prior to the service at the funeral home.
Burial will be in Circle Cemetery, Hudson.
Memorials in Lillie’s memory may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association or to Heartland Hospice.
