Bonnie L. (Aaron) Book

Bonnie L. Book, 83, of Angola, Indiana, passed away on Sunday, September 17, 2023, at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

She was born on February 25, 1940, in Steuben County, Indiana to Roy and Lizzie (Elkins) Aaron Sr.  Bonnie graduated from Flint High School in 1958.

She married John C. Book on May 11, 1957.

Bonnie retired from the Indiana Toll Road where she had been a supervisor.

She was a member of the Women of the Moose Auxiliary in Angola, Indiana, Past Auxiliary member of the Salem Fire Department, Salem Township, Steuben County, Indiana and a member of the Red Hat Society.  Bonnie also had been a Reserve Deputy for the Steuben County Sheriff’s Department.

Surviving are her children, Cheryl (Tim) Norris of Angola, Indiana, John (Brenda Hall) Book, Angola, Indiana, and Tammy (Cory) Garman of Angola, Indiana.  Also surviving are 11 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her Parents; her Husband, John C. Book on November 26, 2012, Daughter, Dawn Gary and her brother, Roy Aaron Jr.

Graveside Services will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, October 2, 2023, in Flint Cemetery, Steuben County, Indiana.
