Brenda L. (Armstrong) West

Brenda L. West, 79, of Angola, Indiana, passed away on Tuesday, April 23, 2024, at Northern Lakes Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Angola, Indiana.

Brenda was born on July 21, 1944, in Bronson, Michigan to Albert and Velma (Lewis) Armstrong.  She graduated from Bronson High School.

Brenda married the love of her life, Floyd D. West Jr.

She liked going to the Mongo Game Reserve and watching the wildlife.  She also enjoyed gardening, crafting and sewing.  Most of all Brenda loved spending time with her family.

Surviving are her three sons, Allen (Andy Winzeler) West of Angola, Indiana, Shawn West of Angola, Indiana and Floyd (Lisa) West III of Hudson, Indiana; two beloved grandchildren, Kayla (Mike) Greathouse and Kyle West and two great-grandchildren, Stephen West and Grayson Greathouse.  Also surviving are her siblings, Robert Armstrong of Houston, Texas and Lois (Tom) Young of Centreville, Michigan.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Floyd D. West Jr. on September 22, 2014, brother, Rolland Armstrong and two sisters, Onalee Armstrong and Sharon Armstrong.
