Clifford Fuller, Jr. Obituary

Clifford LeRoy Fuller 82, best known as Roy, peacefully passed away with his family by his side on Sunday, September 8, 2024, after a short illness with Covid.

Born in Dayton, Ohio on March 24th, 1942, to Clifford and Helen Fuller. He is survived by a sister Joyce and brother Jake.

In 1961, he married his best friend, Joyce (Landis). They shared a beautiful life together filled with love, family, and friends. Their marriage has always been an example to those around them that true love does exist in this world. An especially treasured part of their life together was living on Lake James where they watched as their family grew around them, and friends came to make memories.

Roy and Joyce were blessed with two children, Brad (Debbie) Fuller and Jody (Larry) Hauserman. Eight grandchildren, Brittany (Trevor), Danielle, Kelsey (Richie), Jeremy, Kayte, Anna (Nick), Bob, and Ben (Tiana).Twelve great-grandchildren Seth, Derek, Cecilia, Brianna, Riann, Gabby, Audrey, Leila, Landon, Magdalena, Elijah, and Gatlin. A nephew Pat (Angela) and niece Cindy (Bill) that he lovingly adored. Roy’s pride in life was the family they created. He will always be the roots of our family tree that grew larger than he could have ever imagined.

Roy was an avid car enthusiast owning upwards of 350 cars throughout his life. You never knew what car he would be pulling up in from day to day. He was a master craftsman in his hobby of building and restoring wooden toy boats. The passion of his craftsmanship even carried over into his wardrobe, as you would often see him wearing a boat shirt.

Preceded in death by his parents, sister-in-law Nancy, and great-granddaughter Cayleigh.

Roy will be forever loved and missed but has left us with love and fond memories that will be carried in our hearts for eternity.

A Memorial Celebration will be held on Sunday, September 22, 2024, at Commons Hall in Angola from 12-4pm. A short service will be held at 1pm and time to share memories and a light meal will follow. Casual lake day attire encouraged.
