David Jewel Miller

David Jewel Miller, 81, of Angola, Indiana died Sunday, February 15, 2015 at his home.

He was born February 25, 1933 in Rochester, KY to William D. and Etheline (Bethell) Miller.

He married Janice L. Harding on March 9, 1955.

He retired from Consolidated Freight Way in Fremont, Indiana.

David attended Sonlight Community Church, Angola, Indiana.

Surviving is his wife Janice L. Miller of Angola; two sons David and Teresa Miller of Atlanta, Michigan and DeWayne Miller of Angola; two daughters Denise and Ellis Robinson of Angola and Lori Carter of Fort Wayne; one brother Allen Miller and a sister Betty Gas of Westland, Michigan; 12 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers Mike Miller and Bill Miller.

Funeral Services will be at 11:00 AM, Thursday, February 19, 2015 at the Weicht Funeral Home, Angola with Pastor Brad Belcher officiating.  Military Honor’s by the Angola American Legion.

Visitation will be from 2-4 and 6-8 PM, Wednesday, February 18, 2015 at the funeral home.
