Douglas Molyneux

Douglas Molyneux, 76, of Angola, Indiana, passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, August 18, 2024.    

Doug was born on November 26, 1947, in Aberdeen Scotland to Douglas and Betty Molyneux.  

Following his education at Kings College, Doug became a chartered accountant and worked in that capacity for several companies throughout Scotland and Canada.  

In the early 1990’s, Doug and his family relocated to Indiana, which is where they call home today.  

Doug retired from TI Automotive in Ashley, Indiana as plant manager in the early 2000’s.  

During his retirement years, Doug enjoyed spending time on the golf course and visiting with his five beloved grandchildren.

Surviving are Doug’s sons Nick (Heather) of Angola, Indiana and Ian (Julie) of Westfield Indiana and five grandchildren, Dawson, Landon, Emersyn, Rowyn, and Piercen.

Doug was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Dorothy.

During his retirement years, Doug proudly served as a financial adviser to Angola’s non-profit Women in Transition, which supports women struggling with addiction.  

There will be no services at this time.
