Elizabeth "Betsy" Ann (Richard) Hart

Elizabeth Ann “Betsy” Hart, passed away on January 12, 2026, in Waterloo at the age of 41. 

Betsy was born on November 8, 1984, in Belle Glade, Florida. She was adopted by Charles and Beverly (Rucinska) Richard in New York in November 1985.

Betsy loved helping people and enjoyed fishing with her husband.

She is survived by her husband, Andrew Hart; her children Wyatt Davis and Evan Davis; her grandchild Angelo Nevinger; her parents Beverly and Charles; two sisters, Amy (Sean) Mcmahn and Christie (Adam) White; and one brother, Brian (Caitlin) Richard.

She was preceded in death by her father-in-law, Daniel Hart II, and grandmother-in-law, Treasa Funk.

Services are scheduled for a later date.

The family requests donations to help cover burial expenses in lieu of flowers.
