Harry Engle Obituary

Harry Lee Engle, 76, of Angola, Indiana died on August 22, 2017 at Northern Lakes Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, Angola, Indiana.

He had worked at Shultz Brothers Company for 13 years, Coast to Coast for 22 years; Ace Hardware for one year and Village Foods in Fremont for three years before retiring.

Harry was born August 20, 1941 in Wolf Lake, Noble County, Indiana to Ross and Ruth (Baughman) Engle. He married Lois M. Myers on August 19, 1961. He graduated from Columbia City Joint High School.

Surviving is his wife Lois Engle of Angola; sons Jeffery (Rita) Engle of Fremont and Rodney Lee Engle of Angola; daughter Vickie (Barry) Aldrich of Hamilton and brother Allen (Karen) Engle of Peru, Indiana. Also surviving are several grandchildren including Zachary Stephen Engle of Angola whom he and Lois raised.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
