Jeffrey Lee Lewis

Jeffrey Lee Lewis, 60, of Fremont, Indiana, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 25, 2023, at his home in Fremont, Indiana.

Jeffrey was born on March 13, 1963, in Angola, Indiana, to Gary and Ruth (Miller) Lewis.  He graduated from Fremont High School in 1981.

Jeffrey worked at RR Donnelley in Angola, Indiana.

He was a photographer, and owned his own business, Jeff L. Lewis Photography.

Jeffrey was a member of the Angola Moose Lodge and enjoyed painting, golfing, playing pool, singing karaoke and watching the hummingbirds at his house.  He loved spending time with his family and friends.

Surviving is his mother, Ruth Lewis of Tulsa, Oklahoma; children, Travis (Tracey) Lewis of Sneads Ferry, North Carolina; Ashley (Gabriel) Hetrick of Bronson, Michigan and Mandie (Jonathan) O’Neal of Jacksonville, North Carolina; sister, Tammy (Garry) Pursell of Tulsa, Oklahoma and his 6 beloved grandchildren.  Also surviving is his significant other, Candice Smith of Fremont, Indiana and his furry baby, Gizzi.

He was preceded in death by his father, Gary Lewis on September 4, 2021.

A Celebration of Life will be held from 2-6 PM on Saturday, July 29, 2023, at the Angola Moose Lodge, 108 N. Martha Street, Angola, IN  46703.
