John H. Sutton

John H Sutton, 81 of Angola, Indiana passed away peacefully on Tuesday December 26, 2023 surrounded by loved ones.

He was born September 19th 1942 in Huron, Beadle, South Dakota to Alfred H and Marie I (Younkin) Sutton. He married Joan A Herrick on September 23, 1967.

He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather.

Surviving is his two sons, Carl Sutton and Alfred Sutton of Angola, Indiana; daughter Alice Sutton of Angola, Indiana; two sisters Dorthy Price and Lois Sutton and one brother James Sutton. Also surviving are 6 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, son, Donald Sutton, his brother, Charles Sutton, his sisters, Helen Smith, Faunnell Sutton and Marjorie Sutton.

Memorial Services will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, February 7, 2024, at the Weicht Funeral Home, Angola, Indiana.

Visitation will be from 10-11 AM, on Wednesday, February 7, 2024, prior to the service at the funeral home.
