Kathleen Mae (Patterson) Little

FREMONT

Kathleen Mae “Kate” Little, 81, of Fremont, Indiana passed away on Monday, June 27, 2016 at Lakeland Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, Angola, Indiana.

She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great great-grandmother.

She was born July 28, 1934 in rural Steuben County, Indiana to Theodore A. and Lois V. (Jackson) Patterson.  She married Donald G. Little on November 14, 1953 in the Chapel of the Garden, Angola, Indiana.

Kate is a member of the Peace Lutheran Church, Fremont, Indiana.  She was a former member of the Merry Mixers Homemakers Club.

She enjoyed traveling and was very proud of being able to travel to all the lower 48 states.  Most of all she loved spending time with her family.

Surviving is her husband of 62 years, Donald G. Little of Fremont, Indiana; son, Daniel Ted (Shayna) Little of Angola, Indiana; daughter, Kelly Dawn (Pablo Astudillo) Little of Garrett, Indiana; brothers, Franklin D. (Marsha) Patterson of Fremont, Indiana and Glen R. (Amy) Patterson of Portage, Michigan; sisters, Mabel Zimmerman of Clear Lake, Fremont, Indiana and Norma Jean (Donald) VanRegenmorter of Fremont, Indiana; five grandchildren, Jason Cope, Justin Cope, Ryan Cope, Samantha Mapes and Taylor Joy Little; 18 great-grandchildren and one great great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her parents, brother-in-law, Ronnie Zimmerman and two great-grandsons.

Memorial Services will be at 11:00 AM, Wednesday, July 6, 2016 at the Weicht Funeral Home, Angola, Indiana with Pastor Wayne C. Berkesch officiating.

Visitation will be from 10-11 AM, prior to the service on Wednesday at the funeral home.

Graveside Services will be at 1:00 PM, Wednesday, July 6, 2016 at Jamestown Cemetery, Steuben County, Indiana.

Memorials may be made in Kate’s memory to Cameron Home Health and Hospice.
