Lynn Grady Sebring, 82, of Angola, Indiana, passed away peacefully with his family by his side on Friday, January 30, 2026, at the Peabody Retirement Community in North Manchester, Indiana.
Lynn was born on August 1, 1943, in Detroit, Michigan to Leon B. and Doris M. (Toliver) Sebring. He graduated from high school in Florida and received his associate degree in Hotel/Motel Management from Indiana University.
Lynn married the love of his life, Linda D. Davis, on July 31, 1975.
Lynn was proud to serve in the United States Airforce. He was a member of the Angola American Legion Post 31 and the Veterans of Foreign Wars, George Anspaugh Post 7205.
Lynn was a member of the Angola Moose Lodge 1568.
He worked for Holiday Inn at several locations.
Lynn was always on the move and enjoyed going to the Casino, Gem Hunting, fishing, golfing and had bowled in local bowling leagues for years. Most of all he loved spending time with his family. Lynn was always smiling and laughing.
Surviving are his children, Kasey Calnan of Raleigh, North Carolina, Karen McCrumb of Montgomery, Michigan and Amy (David) McMillen of Angola, Indiana; 8 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren and his sister, Paula (Joe) Budd of Apopka, Florida.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his loving wife of 36 years, Linda D. Sebring on October 18, 2011, granddaughter, Michele McCrumb and brother, Jay Sebring.
Visitation will be from 4-6 PM on Thursday, February 5, 2026, at the Weicht Funeral Home in Angola, Indiana.
Funeral services will be 11:00 AM, Friday, February 6, 2026, at the funeral home.
Burial with Military Honors, by the Angola American Legion Post 31 Honor Guard and the United States Air Force Honor Guard, will be immediately following the services at Circle Hill Cemetery, Angola, Indiana.
