Marcella Lovejoy Obituary

Marcella B. Lovejoy, 90, of Angola died Saturday, March 26, 2011, at her home. Mrs. Lovejoy was the co-owner of Lovejoy Oil Co. She was a member of the Pleasant View Church of Christ in Angola. She was also a member of the Angola Women of the Moose, Angola Ladies of the Elks, the Steuben County Women's Club and various other clubs and organizations. She wa born Aug. 8, 1920, to William and Mildred (Tingle) Pike. She married Ray M. Lovejoy on June 8, 1942. He died June 30, 1989. Surviving are a son, Jim Lovejoy of Angola; a daughter and son-in-law, Linda and Steve Ferro of Jacksonville, Fla.; a brother, Jack Pike of Howell, Mich.; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by her parents; five brothers, Vern , Leslie, Wayne, Louis and Billy Pike; and two sisters, Vera Lovejoy and Myrta Koch.
