Marilyn K. (Keith) Byrne

Marilyn K. Byrne, 92, of Angola, Indiana, passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 11, 2026, at Astral of Auburn.

Born October 25, 1933, in Boston, Massachusetts, she was the daughter of Charles C. and Ruth (Scher) Keith Sr.   She graduated from high school and then received her nursing degree from the Girls Latin School in Boston, Massachusetts.

Marilyn was a Surgical Registered Nurse at Elmhurst Hospital and Cameron Memorial Hospital in Angola, Indiana for over 50 years before retiring.

Marilyn was a member of the First Congregational United Church of Christ in Angola, Indiana, a member of the Business Professional Women of Steuben County, Indiana and DAR.

Surviving are her sons, Dave Byrne of North Ridgeville, Ohio and Jim Byrne of Angola, Indiana and four beloved grandchildren, Taylor, Abby, Drake and Daniel.

She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Steven K. Byrne on June 4, 2017, and two brothers, Ronald F. Keith on February 13, 2022, and Charles C. Byrne Jr. on March 17, 1960.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
