Pascal “Buddy Boy” J. Sanders Jr., 80, of Angola, Indiana, passed away peacefully with his family by his side on Friday, April 12, 2024, at his home.

He was born on January 6, 1944, in Grundy County, Tennessee to Pascal Sr. and Georgie (Hammers) Sanders of Angola, Indiana.

Pascal married the love of his life, Laura K. Conner, on April 29, 1993.

Pascal started working in the coal mines of Tennessee at an early age. Then he worked in construction before retiring.

Pascal was always on the move, whether it was walking in the woods, simply sitting under a tree and listening to classic country music or traveling. Pascal enjoyed working on vehicles with his son Terry. Most of all he loved spending time with his family.

Surviving is his loving wife of 30 years, Laura Sanders of Angola, Indiana; his children, Robert (Michelle) Sanders of Hixson, Tennessee, Richard Sanders of Signal Mountain, Tennessee, Buddy “Dunky” Sanders of Texas, Lisa Sanders of Angola, Indiana, Brittany (Robert) Peel of Angola, Indiana and Terry “TJ” Sanders of Angola, Indiana; several siblings, 11 beloved grandchildren and several beloved great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, son, James “Chip” Sanders and several siblings.

There will be no services at this time.
