Paul Lee Honaker, 87, formerly of Angola, Indiana, passed away peacefully on Sunday, July 19, 2026, in Terre Haute Indiana.

Paul was born at home in Arnett, West Virginia to Delmer Earl and Lou Verna (Cook) Honaker. Paul graduated from Marsh Fork High School in West Virginia before moving to Chicago, Illinois. He eventually moved to Angola, Indiana before spending his last few years in Terre Haute, Indiana. 

Paul is survived by sons, Gary Paul (Jo Ann) Honaker of Parkersburg, West Virginia, Danny (Laina) Honaker of Terre Haute, Indiana, and Rusty Davis of Fort Meyers, Florida as well as many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great great-grandchildren.

Paul was preceded in death by his parents, several siblings, his wife Agnes, sons Bernie Honaker, Alan Honaker, and Tim Davis along with daughters Debra Davis and Brenda Davis and several grandchildren.

Paul enjoyed playing poker, gardening, listening to music and animals, especially cats. 

Funeral services will be 12:00 Noon, Tuesday, July 28, 2026, at Weicht Funeral Home in Angola Indiana with Pastor Chuck Fenwick officiating.  Visitation from 10-12 Noon prior to the service at the funeral home.

Burial will be immediately following the service at Circle Hill Cemetery, Angola, Indiana, where he would be laid to rest along with sons Timmy and Alan.
