Raymond Clair Myers, 85, of Angola died Thursday, Feb. 3, 2011, at Northern Lakes Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Mr. Myers drove a fuel truck for the Steuben County Farm Bureau Coop for 37 1/2 years. He was also a van driver for the Council on Aging. He was a member of the Angola Seventh Day Adventist Church and Angola American Legion Post 31. Mr. Myers graduated from Scott Center High School in Steuben County. He was a U.S. Army veteran. He was born Aug. 18, 1925, in Steuben County to Clyde Elsworth and Jessie Marie (DeLong) Myers. He married Janis Fay Sheets April 26, 1949. She survives in Angola. Also surviving are a son, Scott (Leslie) Myers of Angola; three daughters, Nancy (Manuel) Pujols of Angola, Julie (Timothy) Hicks of Mentone and Patti (Dana) Tribble of Angola; seven grandchildren; five stepgrandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and nine stepgreat-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Lowellon Myers and Clyde Myers; and two sisters, Wanda Wyman and Wilma Bryan Frazier
