Richard Barnett

Richard Barnett, 85, of Angola, Indiana, passed away peacefully on Friday, August 29, 2025, with his wife by his side.

Richard was born on August 6, 1940, in Carey, Ohio to Branch and Lucille (Watkins) Barnett. 

He was the floor supervisor at Tri-State University before retiring.

Richard married Robin R. Russell on July 21, 2021.

He attended Angola Christan Church.

Surviving is his loving wife, Robin R. Barnett of Angola, Indiana, his children, Scott (Toni) Barnett of Auburn, Indiana and Ricky (Lisa) Barnett of Manitou Beach, Michigan.  Also surviving are two grandchildren, Zachary and Sherry Jo and one great-grandson Owen.

He was preceded in death by his parents, daughter, Pam Bennett and 12 siblings.
