Sara E. Leland, 33, of Pleasant Lake, Indiana passed away on July 26, 2019 at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
She was born on January 31, 1986 in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
Sara was a loving wife and mother.
Surviving is her mother, Vicki (Larson) Fraze of Pleasant Lake, Indiana; husband, Keith Leland of Pleasant Lake, Indiana; her 4 sons, Drake Leland, Zac Long, Kaleb Long and Nathanyal Long all at home; two daughters, Callie Long and Chloe Leland at home; brother Jeremy Santoes of Indiana, sister Shannon (Ricky) Hufnagle of Kentucky and step-brother Chris Fraze of Indiana.
She was preceded in death by her step-father, Thomas Fraze.
A Celebration of Life will be at 5:00 PM on Saturday, August 3, 2019 at the Pleasant Lake United Methodist Church with Pastor John Boyanowski officiating.
Visitation will be from 2-5 PM on Saturday at the church prior to the Service.
Memorials may be made to the family in care of Keith Leland.
