Sharon R. Tons

Sharon R. Tons, 72, of Angola died Sunday, Dec. 26, 2010, at Visiting Nurse & Hospice Home of Fort Wayne, Indiana. Mrs. Tons retired from the Angola K-Mart Deli. She was a member of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in Angola. She was active in the March of Dimes and the Diabetes Walk. Sharon was born June 7, 1938, in Batesville Indiana to Edgar and Clarabelle Brewer Krouse. She married Herbert R. Tons on June 1, 1957. She is survived by her three sons, Mike and Kelly Tons of Lake Gage, Angola, Joe and Sylvia Tons of Lake Arrowhead, Hudson, and Sam and Susie Tons of Fremont; three daughters, Tina Noblit of Fremont, Cherie York of Los Angeles, Calif., and Tammela and Jim Benson of Garrett; 14 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Herbert R. Tons who passed away on December 6, 2010 and one brother Paul Krouse.
