Ted C. Kuhn

Ted C. Kuhn, 75, of Angola, Indiana, passed away peacefully with his family by his side on Wednesday, February 26, 2025, at his home.

Ted was born on January 27, 1950, in Gary, Indiana, to Charles R. and Wilma Viola (Waters) Kuhn.  He graduated from Hamilton High School, Hamilton, Indiana.

Ted married the love of his life, Patricia A. (Pollock) Kuhn on August 1, 1971.  He had a lifetime of love for his wife, Patricia, and waited 21 years to reunite in heaven with her.

Ted worked at Dana Weatherhead in Angola, Indiana and at Busche in Kendallville, Indiana before retiring.

Ted attended the Pleasant Lake Community Church and was a member of the NRA. He enjoyed counting Chevys and finding three lettered license plates during his car rides.  Most of all he loved spending time with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren and his dog, Teddy.  Ted was affectionately known as “Papo” by the not only his grandchildren and great-grandchildren but also by all his nieces and nephews.

Surviving are his children, Heather (Juan) Gonzales of Angola, Indiana, Brian (Jenifer) Kuhn of Pleasant Lake, Indiana and Brent (Angel) Kuhn of LaGrange, Indiana; 18 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren with one on the way.  Also surviving is his sister, Sandra (Gary) Eickholt of Hamilton, Indiana.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his loving wife of 32 years, Patricia A. Kuhn on December 28, 2003; son Brandon S. Kuhn on April 27, 2020, and three brothers, Charles Kuhn, Gene Kuhn and his twin brother, Fred Kuhn.

Funeral Services will be 1:00 PM, Monday, March 3, 2025, at the Pleasant Lake Community Church in Pleasant Lake, Indiana with Pastor Luke Yoder officiating.

Visitation will be from 12 Noon-1pm, on Monday, March 3, 2025, prior to the service at the church.

Burial will be in Eddy Cemetery, Hamilton, Indiana.
