William A. Grove

William A. Grove, 60, of Angola, Indiana, passed away peacefully with his family by his side on Thursday, May 9, 2024, at his home.

He was born on September 9, 1963, in Angola, Indiana to Phillip Grove and Bonnye (Smith) Grove Stayner Hoyer.  He graduated from Prairie Heights High School in 1981.

William worked at Kraft Foods in Kendallville, Indiana for over 20 years, retiring in 2021.

He enjoyed Hobby Farming, Fishing and going to Country Concerts.  Most of all he loved spending time with his family.

Surviving is his daughter, Melissa (Ed) Zeeb of Fremont, Indiana; his 7 beloved grandchildren, Makayla, Kylie, Maggie, Riley Jo, William, Kamden and Lyla Kay.  Also surviving are his sister, Vianna (Terry) Elkins of Stroh, Indiana and stepsisters, Cindy (John) Watkins of Angola and Vicki Basham of Florida, and Nieces and Nephews, Fallen (Brian) Green, Krystah Mentser, Austin Elkins, Terris Elkins, Abby Akers and Mitchell Everage.

He was preceded in death by his Mother, Bonnye Hoyer, Father, Phillip Grove, Stepfather, Wendell Stayner, Stepmother, Carol Grove, Grandson, Caleb Zeeb, Sister, Kieatas Mentser and Nephew, Derek Everage.

Funeral Services will be at 12 Noon on Thursday, May 16, 2024, at the Weicht Funeral Home in Angola, Indiana.

Visitation will be from 11-12 Noon on Thursday, May 16, 2024, prior to the service at the funeral home.

Burial will be in Greenlawn Cemetery, Orland, Indiana.
