Willis J. Ingledue

Willis J. Ingledue, 92, of Pleasant Lake, Indiana passed away, Thursday, December 4, 2014 at Cameron Memorial Community Hospital, Angola.

He was born October 18, 1922 in Angola to Mort and Myrtle (Johnson) Ingledue.
He married Louiseen H. Hutchins on March 11, 1944.

Willis was a farmer.  He was a member of the Hamilton Church of Christ, Hamilton, Hamilton Odd Fellows and the Farmers Club.  He had been on the boards of the Hamilton Community Schools and of the Steuben County Board of Zoning Appeals.  He was a Steuben County Commissioner for 12 years.

Surviving is his son and daughter-in-law Jim and Pat Ingledue of Hamilton; his daughter-in-law Sheila Ingledue of Pleasant Lake; three grandchildren Mindy and Daryl McConnell of Auburn, Stacy Oberlin of Hamilton and Lonnie Ingledue of Angola; and five great-grandchildren Justin McConnell, Gracelyn McConnell, Sarah Ingledue, Maggie Ingledue and Brevin Bennett.

Services will be at 11:00 AM Tuesday, December 9, 2014 at the Weicht Funeral Home with Pastor Jeff Alexander officiating.

Visitation is from 4-8 PM Monday, December 8, 2014 at the funeral home.

Burial will be in South Scott Cemetery, Steuben County.

Memorials may be made to the Hamilton Church of Christ’s Building Fund.
