Wilma Jean (Blackburn) Hoover

Wilma Jean Hoover, 90, of Angola, Indiana, passed away on Sunday, March 27, 2022, at Northern Lakes Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, Angola, Indiana.

 She was born on June 22, 1931, in Keyser, West Virginia to Walter R. and Carmen (Welch) Blackburn.

 Wilma was a homemaker in her own home.

 She is survived by her son, Timothy N. (Lynn) Tyler of Indiana and three daughters, Diane (Lou) Brady of Maryland, Kitty (Arthur) Willison of, Maryland and Annette Scheidecker of Connecticut; brother, Kenneth (Lois) Blackburn of West Virginia and 9 Grandchildren.

 She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, John Hoover, one grandchild and sister.

 Services will be held at a later date.
