Larry J. Andrews, 66, passed away Friday, May 31, 2013, at his home in Angola, Indiana. He worked for GTE and Verizon for 41 years. He was born September 14, 1946 to Joseph and Betty (Bubb) Andrews in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Larry married Susan Dietsch on August 1, 1975. He is a member of the St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in Angola, Indiana. He was a member of the Fremont Masonic Lodge, Mizpah Shrine and the Pokagon Shrine Club. He had been a member of the United State National Guard Reserve, Fremont American Legion, Post 257, Honorary Lifetime member of the St. Joe Athletic Club of Fort Wayne, and the Angola Moose Lodge. He is survived by his wife Susan Andrews of Angola, Indiana; one son Bryan (Carolina) Andrews of Union, Kentucky; three daughters Julie Bordner of Angola, Indiana; Beth (David) Swartz of Hudson, Indiana and Cathy Romine of Angola, Indiana; two brothers Jim (Deb) Andrews of Fort Wayne, Indiana and Denny (Mary) Andrews of Rome City, Indiana; 10 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents. Funeral Mass will be at 11:00 AM, Wed. June 5, 2013 at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, Angola, Indiana with Father Bernie Zajdel officiating. Final resting place will be in Circle Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM Tues., June 4, 2013 at the Weicht Funeral Home, Angola, Indiana. Memorials may be made to the Shriners Childrens Hospital or the Cameron Hospice & Home Health of Angola, Indiana.

Oh my gosh but we go back a lot of years and lots of memories, I remember when you two got married in the Rose Gardens, that was great and it was fun.
