ANGOLA


Evelyn K. Nill, 89, of Angola, Indiana, formerly of Pompano Beach Florida, died, Sunday, October 2, 2016 at Northern Lakes Nursing and Rehabilitation Center of Angola, Indiana.

She was the receptionist at the Pompano Beach Florida Senior Center and a waitress at a few restaurants in Pompano Beach, Florida.

She attended Salem Center Presbyterian Church in Steuben County.

Evelyn was born November 30, 1926 to Samuel and Elsie Alice (Wise) Lepley.  She married Charles Nill on January 15, 1946.  

Surviving are 9 nieces, Joanne Rittenhouse, Linda Dembeckie, Mary Baughman, Connie Presley, Gloria Rottger, Diana Parker, Tracey Adamczyks, Desiree Paquette and Christina Kohenos ; 9 nephews, Larry Penick, Phil Crain, Gary Shoup, John Mirto, Denny Mirto, Leroy Lepley, Robert Lepley, Richard Lepley and Clark Lepley and their families.

She was preceded in death by her five sisters, Pauline Lepley Penick, Betty Lepley Rathert, Jane Lepley Biesheim, Mary Lepley Shoup and Winifred Lepley Mirto ; 5 brothers, Roy Lepley, Russel Lepley, Erin Lepley, Eddy Lepley and Kenny Lepley; and 7 nephews, Clarence (Jr.) Penick, Ronnie Penick, Tom Penick, John Crain, Jack Lepley, John Shoup, and Joey Mirto.

Graveside Services will be at a later date in Pleasant Lake Cemetery, Pleasant Lake, Indiana.

Memorials in Evelyn’s memory may be made to the Steuben County Cancer Association or the Salem Center Presbyterian Church.
